If the delivery of a large product fails on the first attempt, the carrier will contact you via email or SMS to send you a schedule so you can choose a time when you will be home.

Delivery surcharges of €30 to €100 apply for shipments to islands, due to additional logistical costs such as water transport and limited accessibility, and there are surcharges for pallet shipments for transporting fragile and heavier products.

❗ Extreme Heat: Don't place objects hotter than 250°C directly on the surface.

❗ Sharp Objects: Don't use knives or sharp tools directly on the sink. Always use a chopping board.

❗ Harsh Chemicals: Never use scouring agents, solvents, abrasives, bleach, acids, or strong detergents.

❗ Stagnation: Don't let substances, food residue, or water sit on the surface. Clean up promptly.

You can place an undermount sink under the worktop/counter top. You can place the undercounter sink under a worktop made of stone or a type of stone by means of a screw. use of acid-free silicone sealant. The most common material for an undermount sink in the kitchen is a stainless steel or stainless steel sink. We supply all A-brands including Franke, Blanco, Reginox undermount sinks. If you are going to process a ceramic sink under a countertop, you will need extra brackets for support.

Substructure

Undermount sinks are mounted below or half way up the level of the worktop. This increases the usable surface of the worktop. This installation method is mainly used for granite, wood and solid plastic worktops. Because the substructure sink unit is placed below the level of the worktop, the worktop is easy to clean.
